Acts as a process facilitator, working with teams and leading optimization of workflows. Utilizes transformation practices, tools, and techniques to support continuous improvement across the business. Provides recommendations and coaching resulting in reliable and measurable metrics to support repeatable and sustainable processes. Performs other duties as assigned.
