Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5‑8 years of experience in digital solutions, digital transformation, or technology project management. Proven success in delivering digital initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. Strong knowledge of CRM systems, e‑commerce platforms, mobile apps, and data analytics tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital strategies that align with business goals and drive transformation. Lead end‑to‑end digital projects from planning and vendor coordination to on‑time, on‑budget delivery. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations) to ensure solutions meet business needs. Design and implement digital platforms such as websites, mobile apps, and e‑commerce solutions. Enhance customer experience by analyzing feedback, user data, and performance metrics. Use data and analytics to measure success and continuously improve digital initiatives. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to keep the business competitive. Ensure compliance and data security across all digital systems and platforms.
