Google CCAI Customer Experience Transformation Leader (Consulting) Are you passionate about transforming how organizations engage with their customers through AI-powered experiences ? We’re looking for a Google CCAI Customer Experience Transformation Manager to design and deliver next-generation customer engagement solutions using Dialogflow CX , Agent Assist , Insights CX , and Ujet.cx . In this role, you’ll drive large-scale contact center modernization programs , blending strategy, technology, and innovation to help organizations achieve seamless, intelligent, and personalized customer experiences. What You’ll Do Lead Google CCAI consulting and transformation projects across industries. Design end-to-end customer experience (CX) solutions using Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, and Ujet.cx. Define CX strategies, operating models, and AI adoption roadmaps. Conduct design thinking and innovation workshops to reimagine customer engagement journeys. Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to deliver CCaaS transformation initiatives . Contribute to pre-sales and solutioning efforts by shaping proposals and creating compelling CX transformation stories. What You’ll Bring 10+ years of experience in CX consulting, contact center transformation, or digital customer platforms . Proven expertise in Google CCAI (Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, Insights CX, or Ujet.cx). Strong understanding of CX and contact center architecture and AI-driven automation. Experience managing complex, global transformation projects. Excellent stakeholder management, and solution design skills. Good to have: Familiarity with other Conversational AI platforms (Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, Microsoft PVA, etc.) or CCaaS solutions (Genesys, Amazon Connect, Avaya, Cisco, Sprinklr).
