SEEKING: HR & ADMIN OFFICER
Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City (Walking distance to Robinsons Galleria)
Job Description- Coordinate with our partner agencies for staff pooling
- Interview and conduct bi-weekly training and orientation to a small group of trainees and then deploy staff
- Organize Staff 201 Files
- Compute and disburse monthly payroll, bills payment, and vouchers
- Prepares small items for delivery
- Assist us in day-to-day administrative operations
- At least two (2) years work experience in an office environment
- Required skills: Willing to orient small groups, and compute payroll
- Reliable attendance, hard working, detail-oriented, trustworthy, willing to be trained, a reliable multi-tasker who can work with limited supervision
- Office days: 6 Days Work, 1 Day Rest, Office based.
- Two (2) full-time positions available, preferable to start immediately.
This is for direct hire, 6 months probation w chance of regularization if you're the person we are looking for.
Job Details- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: Php16,500.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
- Benefits: Promotion to permanent employee
- Schedule: 8 hour shift, Weekends
- Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
