Service Communications Specialist Location: Makati City, Philippines (Evening/Night shifts to align with U.S. time zones) Role Summary The Service Communications Specialist is responsible for executing service‑related email campaigns and alerts for customers and partners. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Email Campaign Execution Build and deploy HTML-based emails using Marketo Engage . Ensure responsive design and compliance with brand standards. Segment audiences and send urgent alerts accurately. Technical Implementation Apply dynamic content and personalization. Troubleshoot HTML/CSS issues and integrate data. Analyze and clean audience lists using Excel. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Coordinate with marketing, communications, and operations teams. Work with writers and stakeholders for message clarity. Participate in meetings with U.S.‑based colleagues. Process & Documentation Maintain campaign documentation and follow approval workflows. Suggest process improvements and ensure compliance with email regulations. Qualifications Must‑Have 2–3 years of experience with Marketo Engage . Background in B2B tech/SaaS/cloud services. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis. Ability to work U.S. hours under pressure. Preferred Marketo Certification (MCE or Associate). Experience with APIs, scripting, Salesforce CRM. Knowledge of WCAG email accessibility standards. Familiarity with MSP or IT service communications. Candidates that can start ASAP will be given special priority.
