Access Point Technologies is seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) with experience in project management to support our day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and follow-ups at the same time.

We are a security and access control infrastructure company handling multiple construction and low-voltage projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to work remotely (must work during Eastern Standard Time business hours).

Responsibilities
  • Handle emails and requests about project status and completion.
  • Keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Manage employee timecards, progress, and materials.
  • Update and maintain Excel trackers, schedules, and project files.
  • Support project managers with reporting and follow-ups.
Required Skills
  • Strong Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Available to work Monday–Friday during EST business hours.
Preferred
  • PMP certification (or other project management training).
  • Experience with construction, low-voltage, or infrastructure projects.
