Overview Brand & Community Manager (AU Wellness Hub, WFH) at ConnectOS. Schedule: Monday - Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT). Key Responsibilities Brand Design & Identity – Create a strong aesthetic brand look that embodies: FUN | PROFESSIONAL | HEALTH & FITNESS | STYLISH | RELATABLE | COMMUNITY. Deliverables include: Logo (the face of the brand), colour palettes, Instagram mood boards, advertising templates, social content grids (Facebook & Instagram). Product Style & Collection Planning – Align products with a cohesive brand vision. Work with existing products (first line: socks in red, blue, white, brown) and plan collections released together for structured advertising. Develop a monthly product plan per new collection including: colours, Instagram mood boards, advertising templates, Facebook & Instagram content grid, photoshoot mood board, AI/UGC content plans (influencers/creators) or AI-generated content. Campaign Theme & Marketing – Ensure every collection is themed (e.g., Christmas, Summer, Wellness, Sculpt, Pilates Era, Running, Health) and easy to market. Ongoing Instagram Management (Community) – Plan, create, and schedule posts; engage with the community and grow authentic relationships; provide Instagram mood boards 1 month in advance; generate fresh content ideas. TikTok Strategy – Track trending sounds and video styles; create and plan TikTok content ideas; drive engagement and visibility. Shopify Management – Set up and manage auto shipping/postage; manage stock numbers & sales; design/redesign the website; integrate lead capture forms. Facebook Members Page – Build the “Join the Club” vibe, create posts and discussions, foster exclusivity and community participation. Event Planning (Community Engagement) – Plan and host creative events (e.g., DIY Sock Nights, Pilates Workshops, themed Pilates Event Days). Extra Time – Support for Inner Balance Health (Marketing Manager with Pilates Studio management where required). Requirements & Capabilities We are looking for hands-on contributors who can deliver concrete outcomes: Experience building an eCommerce brand (Shopify preferred). Product & packaging design in Adobe Illustrator. Creation of Instagram posts & Reels (static and video). Proficiency in Canva (templates, social tiles, advertising graphics). Ability to create AI-generated creatives (images & video content for advertising and social).
