Your Role
As An AU Compliance Admin You Are Responsible For
  • AFSS (Annual Fire Safety Statement)
  • Plant registration
  • Strata Hub
  • Pool compliance
  • Cooling tower registration (where a BM is not engaged)
  • General administrative duties as required
  • Any other duties required from time to time
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 1-3 years experience in Australian real estate
  • 1 year minimum strata, property, and building experience
  • Someone who has background in data entry and general administrative duties
  • Preferably has intermediate MS Office applications and Google Suite experience
  • Strata Master software is a plus but not essential
  • Compliance administrative experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to details or has high accuracy in data
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Someone who is proactive, has initiative and is flexible on any changes
  • Someone who can work under pressure and willing to grow
  • Great work ethic and a desire to deliver beyond expectations
