Competitive Total Rewards (Compensation, Allowance, HMO, and Paid Time Off) Employee Referral Program Work Life Balance Your Role As An AU Human Resource, You Are Responsible For The ideal candidate must have at least 3-4 years of experience and proven expertise in Australian employment legislation, with a strong emphasis on Western Australian (WA) laws and compliance frameworks. Solid understanding of Australian workplace legislation, especially WA-specific regulations. Prior experience managing or advising on HR matters related to Fair Work, Industrial Relations (WA), and public or private sector employment frameworks. Relevant HR qualifications or certifications preferred. Strong English communication skills and the ability to work remotely. Tools used: MS Excel, inmail click up, shared up.
