WMS Product Manager

AEB Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines About The Role We are looking for a skilled and passionate Product Manager to lead AEB’s Cloud WMS product across the APAC market. You will define and drive product strategy, collaborate across international teams, and ensure our WMS remains a market leader in innovation and usability. Key Responsibilities Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Asian Warehouse Management System (WMS). Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Translate business and operational needs into functional specifications, user stories, and product features. Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable, and user‑friendly solutions. Work with sales, marketing, and implementation teams to align product direction with market demand. Coordinate with Product team from Germany for review and approval of new product features. Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Stay up to date with trends in logistics, supply chain technology, and warehouse automation to identify new opportunities. Support pre‑sales discussions with insights into product functionality and future roadmap. Engage with customers and warehouse operators to understand their workflows, challenges, and system needs. Prepare and maintain product documentation, release notes, and user training materials. What You Will Do Understand and adapt to AEB’s Cloud WMS overall product: UI, functional, technical, process flow, process manager, STM data structure, document generation, and cloud architecture. Maintain and drive the WMS product to be superior in the APAC market. Attend customer‑facing project workshops and design sessions to understand requirements and evaluate feature integration into the standard product. Ensure product quality by testing all bug fixes, customizations, and new product features. Lead weekly sprint calls (2x per week) joined by Developers and Project Team. Understand operational requirements and translate them into optimized WMS functional flows. Prepare documentation of new product features and report release plans. Support Sales and Marketing teams with product information and identifying competitive advantages. Collaborate actively with Development, Project, and Support teams. Manage JIRA list of product deliverables. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or similar roles. Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or logistics technology solutions. Knowledge of the latest WMS industry trends and best practices. Deep understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, replenishment, returns). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an ability to translate business processes into technical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Customer‑oriented, self‑motivated, and performance‑driven. Creative thinking and ability to understand user needs and translate them into optimized and user‑friendly WMS flows (UX/CX). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional, international teams. Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Familiarity with API integration, cloud systems, and ERP connectivity is a plus. Willingness to travel for warehouse visits, workshops, and project rollouts. Ability to drive improvements in the WMS product to make it competitive with other WMS providers.
