About the Role

Lead and grow AEB's Cloud WMS for the APAC market. You'll define the product vision, drive the roadmap, and collaborate across global teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions for logistics and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AEB's Asian Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Coordinate with Product Team in Germany on new feature reviews and approvals.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from customers and internal teams.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Engage with customers and warehouse operators to understand workflows and challenges.
  • Monitor product performance and drive improvements using KPIs and feedback.
  • Support pre-sales with product insights and future roadmap updates.
  • Prepare product documentation, release notes, and training materials.

What You Will Do

  • Understand AEB's Cloud WMS: UI, functions, data structure, and architecture.
  • Lead product quality and testing for bug fixes, customizations, and new features.
  • Conduct and lead weekly sprint calls with Developers and Project Teams.
  • Manage JIRA deliverables and track feature progress.
  • Participate in customer workshops to evaluate standard vs custom features.
  • Collaborate across Development, Project, and Support teams for product success.
  • Support Sales & Marketing with product knowledge and competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related fields.
  • Proven experience with WMS or logistics technology.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, returns).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and performance-driven.
  • Strong UX/CX understanding for user-friendly product design.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in global teams.
  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Information Systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with API, cloud systems, and ERP connectivity is a plus.
  • Willing to travel for warehouse visits, workshops, and rollouts.
