SAP Production Planning

One of our
global clients
is looking to hire an
Application Support – SAP Production Planning (PP) Analyst (Level 2)
based in
Manila
.This role is responsible for providing
functional support across SAP Supply Chain modules
, including
Production Planning (PP)
,
Materials Management (MM)
, and
Warehouse Management (WM)
. The SAP PP Analyst will work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure smooth operations of global SAP systems, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong SAP PP experience, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide
  Level 2 functional support
  for SAP Production Planning (PP) and related Supply Chain modules (MM, WM, QM).
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve SAP issues efficiently while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify and implement system enhancements in response to business requirements.
• Manage functional documentation and configuration updates in compliance with change control standards.
• Collaborate with other SAP functional and technical teams to ensure smooth integration across modules.
• Support
  SAP data management
  activities, including data loads via LSMW.
• Participate in
  system testing, upgrades, and validation activities
  (CSV).
• Provide user training and support for standard SAP business processes.
• Maintain SAP process documentation aligned with organizational change management policies.
• Contribute to
  continuous improvement initiatives
  related to incident resolution and change management.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT governance,
  SOX
  , and security policies.
• Foster strong working relationships between functional, development, and project teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of SAP PP / MM / WM support experience
  , including configuration knowledge.
• Strong expertise in
  SAP Production Planning (PP)
  in Discrete Manufacturing environments.
• Experience with
  SAP QM
  and integration with other supply chain modules.
• Broad understanding of end-to-end
  Supply Chain Management processes
  within SAP.
• Hands-on experience with
  SAP ECC6
  or higher versions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with users and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an
  ITIL-based environment
  with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Working knowledge of
  Microsoft Office tools
  (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as part of a global support rotation.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with
  IDOCs
  ,
  LSMW
  , and SAP data migration techniques.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules (SD, FI).
• Understanding of
  SOX compliance
  ,
  Computer Systems Validation (CSV)
  , and
  validated SAP environments
  .
• Experience collaborating with audit teams or supporting external audits.
• Multi-lingual skills (English, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin) are a plus.
