Medical Sales Representative

Job Description

1. Ensures that target metrics/standards are met.

2. Facilitates timely and accurate booking requests from clients and/or through sales including booking amendments.

3. Consistently communicates with clients across available channels regarding outbound and inbound monitoring, including slot coordination, booking solicitation and confirmation, Arrival Notices, Unwithdrawn Report, and Container at Customer Premises.

4. Handles all complaints and inquiries from clients and logs them to Feedback Management Systems.

5. Submits all CIC-related reports timely and accurately to internal and external clients.

Schedule :

• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay :

Education :

• Bachelor\'s (preferred)

Experience :

• Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
• Shipping or freight forwarding: 1 year (preferred)
• Call center: 1 year (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Possess at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Nursing, Marketing, BioTechnology, Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and selling skills
• Flexible and willing to travel
• Computer literate
• Organized and strategic
• Multitasking
• 1-4 years of experience in Sales - Corporate or equivalent
• Preferably can start immediately
• Can work in extended hours
• Can work under pressure

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Market development, area surveying, client prospecting and profiling
• Courtesy visits/ client meetings with prospective key personnel
• Prepare documents for processing of possible sales
• Do regular area coverage and client calls
• Assist in product demonstrations and presentations
• Assist in monitoring and managing delivery of items
• Assist in the collection of purchased items
