Channel Sales Manager – East & Southeast Asia
Location: Flexible within region (preferred: Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh City, Manila, Jakarta)
Reporting to: Director of International Sales
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Manager to drive growth across East & Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on China, Vietnam, Philippines, and Indonesia . You will be responsible for building and managing partnerships with licensed agents, wealth managers, and family offices, ensuring alignment with our international marketing strategies in the investment migration sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (migration agents, wealth managers, law firms, real estate brokers).
- Develop and manage a pipeline of UHNW/HNW clients through regional partners.
- Monitor partner performance and provide sales enablement tools, training, and product updates.
- Represent the company at regional roadshows, conferences, and networking events.
- Report market insights, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to HQ.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Mandarin (native/advanced) – essential for China coverage.
- English (fluent) – for regional coordination.
- Vietnamese, Tagalog, or Bahasa Indonesia – strong advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in channel/partner sales within wealth management, real estate, or investment migration.
- Strong existing network of licensed migration agents and UHNW advisors.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple jurisdictions.
