General Qualifications- a graduate of any business course or any IT-related courses

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience) or Bachelor\u2019s degree in any IT-related courses
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or channel management, with a proven track record in managing partner relationships and driving sales growth
- Experience in channel sales strategies, including both direct and indirect sales models
- Knowledge of the industry or market in which the company operates is a plus (e.g., technology, consumer goods, etc.)
- Strong understanding of channel sales models (e.g., resellers, distributors, agents, etc.)
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage and grow relationships with partners and distributors
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence partners and customers to drive sales.
- Problem-solving skills to address issues that arise with channel partners
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other sales leaders, marketing teams, and product managers
- Experience in developing sales strategies and executing sales plans with a focus on achieving revenue goals
- Ability to use Microsoft applications (excel, word, outlook)
- Knowledge of IT network and security
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs.
