Employment Type: Full-Time

Travel: May be required for partner engagements, events, and customer visits.

General Qualifications:

  • a graduate of any business course or any IT-related courses
  • has a good knowledge in sales particularly in the field of IT solutions
  • excellent written and verbal communication
  • strong relationship building skills
  • highly self motivated

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience) or Bachelor's degree in any IT-related courses

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or channel management, with a proven track record in managing partner relationships and driving sales growth
  • Experience in channel sales strategies, including both direct and indirect sales models
  • Knowledge of the industry or market in which the company operates is a plus (e.g., technology, consumer goods, etc.)

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of channel sales models (e.g., resellers, distributors, agents, etc.)
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage and grow relationships with partners and distributors
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence partners and customers to drive sales.
  • Problem-solving skills to address issues that arise with channel partners

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other sales leaders, marketing teams, and product managers
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and executing sales plans with a focus on achieving revenue goals

Technical Proficiency:

  • Ability to use Microsoft applications (excel, word, outlook)
  • Knowledge of IT network and security

Other Attributes:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs.
