Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of automotive professionals, including technicians, service representatives, and administrative staff.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
Operational Oversight:
- Monitor and manage automotive service centers, dealership, or retail outlets nationwide
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Optimize workflow processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategies to increase automotive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee customer interactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues as needed.
Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock levels of vehicles, parts, and accessories.
- Analyze inventory data and make recommendations for replenishment and adjustments.
Performance Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data related to workshop sales, customer feedback, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate relationship with key stakeholders such as dealer principals, suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with other field managers and corporate teams to share best practices and align strategies.
Budgeting and Financial management:
- Assist in developing and managing budgets for the region, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met.
- Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize resource allocation.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of automotive sales, service and operations.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for data analysis and reporting
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Problem-solving skill and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively
Abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
