Overview

The HRBP Senior Supervisor will lead daily HR operations including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role partners with department heads on HR strategies, supports recruitment, manages training programs, and fosters a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications
  • Experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in HR systems and tools; strong problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  • HR supervisory experience preferred; background in mobile industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead employee relations, handle grievances, and manage labor risks/disputes
  • Oversee training programs and serve as internal trainer when needed
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and HR policies
  • Collaborate with managers on HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Support recruitment and employee engagement initiatives
