Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns via chat, phone, and email both in English and French.

Technical Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions to customers while ensuring technical problems are resolved or escalated

appropriately.

Sales Support: Engage with potential customers by offering product recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling when appropriate. Assist with processing sales orders, refunds, and exchanges.

Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally, offering viable solutions and following through to ensure resolution.

Maintain Documentation: Record and update customer interactions and issues in the system accurately and timely.

Team Collaborations: Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve overall performance and achieve individual and team KPIs.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on company products, services, and best practices to provide accurate and comprehensive support to customers.
