Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Enter order details into the system, coordinate with relevant departments for order fulfillment, and track order status.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as sales contracts, proposals, invoices, and purchase orders. Maintain accuracy and accessibility of documentation.
- Data Management: Provide updated customer information, track sales activities, and generate reports for sales analysis and performance evaluation.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with materials preparation, creating sales reports, and coordinating sales meetings or events; handle customer inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse, assist in purchase orders, and ensure timely replenishment of products when needed.
- Sales Analytics: Gather sales data, perform basic data analysis, and generate sales reports or dashboards to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Sales Training and Onboarding: Assist in training and onboarding for new sales team members, including preparing training materials and scheduling sessions.
- Sales Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency improvements, suggest process changes, and help implement best practices to streamline sales operations.
