Business Development Account Officer (La Union) Local Jobs | January 21, 2025 GROW is currently looking for a Business Development Account Officer to be placed for one of our clients in the E-Learning Industry. Our client is an Education Technology company that provides e-learning, coaching, tutoring, and assessment services for K-12 in Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Mexico. QUALIFICATIONS Must have at least 3 years of sales experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment, preferably in the Publishing, Tech, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries; Must have graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in any field; (an MBA is advantageous but not required). Knowledge of the e-learning sector, with a focus on K-12 education institutions, is preferred. Demonstrated business acumen and ability to analyze trends and competitive programs across the education industry. Willingness to work and travel in various locations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Execute business development strategies to optimize sales of Quipper’s e-learning products. Implement and manage the end-to-end sales cycle. Establish connections in the education sector through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships. Build and maintain professional relationships with various private and public schools and institutions. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data. Area to handle: La Union Full time, Regular Mondays to Fridays, with work during weekends or Philippine holidays, if needed. 100% Fieldwork RENUMERATION PACKAGE Benefits (Upon Regularization): Leave Benefits: 10 days Vacation Leave (increasing annually, up to a maximum of 20 days), 10 days Sick Leave (unused leave convertible to cash). Health Coverage: HMO coverage for the employee + 1 dependent.
