Overview
Assist the executive chef in managing kitchen operations. Oversee food preparation and service quality. Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Develop and implement new recipes and menus. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed. Work collaboratively to achieve culinary excellence. Assist in meal preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, ensure proper ingredient storage, and support head chef in daily operations.

- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a high-paced kitchen.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong cooking skills, proficient kitchen hygiene, effective written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent mise-en-place.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment requiring standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, adaptable, passionate about culinary arts, and possesses strong leadership potential.
