Our client, Nic's Gourmet Desserts Inc., is into production and distribution of high end cakes, pastries and breads to leading supermarkets in Metro Manila and Subic and it has it's own restaurant located at Park Terraces, Makati City. This company urgently needs SOUS CHEF to be assigned at their restaurant.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the head chef to direct food preparation
  • Helps design the food and drink menu
  • Produces high-quality plates, considering both design and taste
  • Oversees and supervises the kitchen staff
  • Assists with menu panning, inventory and supply management
  • Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards
  • Monitors and maintains kitchen equipment
  • Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen's performance

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Culinary Arts or any TESDA related course in food preparation
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • Must have at least two (2) to three (3) years experience as Sous Chef
  • Preferably with QA experience
  • Willing to work long hours and to hold office at Makati

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php21, Php23,000.00 per month
