About This Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join the Financial Controllership (FC) team. The candidate will gain exposure to end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) processes, budget monitoring, and cost reconciliation. Reporting to the Accounts Payable team lead, the successful candidate will provide other administrative support to the Finance function. This is a group-level role based in the Philippines. What You00ll Do Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) process, including creation, tracking, and closure. Track and manage department budgets to facilitate effective cost reconciliation. Act as the key liaison with stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers to support cost management and vendor relationships. Use spreadsheets and financial software to track budgets, expenses, and payments for the department. Perform other duties and assist with other financial functions as required. Who You00ll Work With Regional Finance team Cross-functional departments What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or relevant equivalent with 2–3 years of experience in finance; strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion is a plus). Strong attention to detail, time management, and adaptability to change.
