Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.**PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:**To actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true by:* Managing the consumption and utilities process including reconciliation, payment and reporting* Provide assistance to the finance team with delivery of financial and accounting projects, specifically the Payment Times Reporting.* Providing accurate entry and coding of invoices for Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific and related companies and process payments according to agreed Supplier terms.* Coordinating office administration in support of the finance team including completing documents, registers and banking relationships.**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: *(Include but not limited to:)**** Managing the consumption and utilities processes including collating invoices, preparing reconciliations, Birchstreet approvals, payrment runs and cheque preparations to send to the Bundal team to prepare cheques.* Reconciling the consumption information into spreadsheet for recording and loading of invoices for audit.* Preparation of the Payment Times Reporting quarterly report.* Assistance with the provision of accounts payable information to external and internal auditors.* Working with the Accounts Payable team including birchstreet approvals and setting up finance team bank transfers in the banks.* Managing banking relationships with the various banks including preparation of documentation to open/close bank accounts and merchant facilities, and the maintenance of users/signatories.* Create and update records and databases including the banking and archive registers as required.* Carrying out clerical duties including office correspondence, memos, presentations and cheques.* Perform additional tasks as requested from time to time* Ensure that all reasonable directions given with regards to health and safety are followed, to not willfully place at risk the health and safety of yourself or any person in the workplace and to not willfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety.* Display a Count On Me service to all internal and external parties.* Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products.**KEY POSITION CRITERIA:*** Excellent understanding of general accounting principles and procedures.* Minimum of 2 years accounts experience preferably in Accounts Payable* Preferred experience with Peoplesoft Financials software/ Attaché.* Exposure to a multi-currency environment.* Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to meet regular daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.* Knowledge of online banking software will be considered an advantage.* Diploma or certificate in office administration, or accounting qualiification* Above average excel skills* Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the business* Team player with a desire to continuously improve processes with the ability to also work autonomously.**Where Memories Start with You**Hospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
