Job Description: HR, Culture & Finance Intern

Location options: General Trias, Cavite (onsite or hybrid) or remote from home.

This internship provides hands-on experience in Human Resources, Culture Management, and Finance. The selected candidate will have the option to work full-time onsite or in a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Duties: Assist in recruitment (resume screening, initial interviews), onboarding, training programs, update employee records, support engagement initiatives.
  • Admin Duties: Provide administrative support, organize events, general office tasks, contribute to project management and cross-functional communication.
  • Culture Duties: Develop and maintain positive company culture, plan engagement activities, promote work-life balance.
  • Finance Duties: Basic financial tasks (invoice processing, expense tracking), assist with financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting support.
  • Accounting Duties: Day-to-day accounting tasks, data entry, month-end close support.
  • Partner/Business Development: Identify potential partners/clients, develop proposals, conduct market research.
  • Other Duties: Collaborate with teams, process improvement, tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology or related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Arrangement: Full-time onsite, hybrid, or full work-from-home options available.

Note: This is an internship position with potential for future full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
