HR, Culture & Finance Intern (Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology)

Location: Remote with option for onsite or hybrid; based in General Trias, Cavite, or work entirely from home.

This internship provides hands-on experience in Human Resources, Culture Management, and Finance. The selected candidate will have the option to work fully remote or in a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities

  1. HR Duties: Assist in recruitment processes (resume screening, initial interviews); support onboarding; organize training and development programs; manage and update employee records; support employee engagement initiatives.
  2. Admin Duties: Provide administrative support; organize company events; handle general office tasks; assist project management tasks (timelines, deliverables, communication).
  3. Culture Duties: Develop and maintain a positive company culture; plan and execute employee engagement initiatives; promote work-life balance.
  4. Finance Duties: Assist in basic financial tasks (invoice processing, expense tracking); support financial reporting; assist budgeting and forecasting.
  5. Accounting Duties: Support day-to-day tasks; data entry and reconciliation; participate in month-end closing.
  6. Partner/Business Development: Identify potential partners or clients; support partnership proposals; conduct market research.
  7. Other Duties: Collaborate with cross-functional teams; contribute to process improvements; undertake tasks as assigned by supervisor.
