What You'll Do:

Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure all vacancies are filled on time

  • Write and post job ads that attract top talent

  • Support and guide hiring managers in candidate selection

  • Monitor recruitment metrics and suggest improvements

  • Build our employer brand and grow our professional network

  • Prepare job offers and lead negotiations with candidates

Employee Engagement:

  • Lead employee engagement and wellness initiatives company-wide

  • Develop programs that boost morale, motivation, and retention

  • Act as a bridge between management and employees—listen, support, and drive positive change

  • Address employee concerns and contribute to a supportive, inclusive work culture

  • Experience in recruitment and/or employee engagement

  • A proactive, approachable, and team-oriented mindset

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any behavioral-related course

  • At least 5 Years of experience in supervisory and 3 years at the managerial level

  • At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment

  • Possesses excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Experience with the Retail industry is an advantage

  • Personable, enthusiastic, team-oriented, and able to lead by example

  • Sound leadership qualities: mature and responsible

  • Effective human relations skills

  • Depending on the qualifications, the candidate/s may be considered for either the Assistant Manager or Manager (Recruitment & Employee Engagement) position

  • Willing to work on-site, in Chino Roces, Makati City
