If you are looking to build a fulfilling career and are confident you have the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you Job Description: Partner with the Business & Functional stakeholders: create, develop and manage HR projects related to business needs, such as attrition, TMU, among others. Drive operational excellence in key HR practices: lead initiatives driving employee engagement, retention, and development. The role also contributes to positive internal branding. Formulate initiatives: improve retention, satisfaction and engagement. Identify Professional and Holistic Development Training opportunities: organize training initiatives. Provide Career Counseling. Reward Strategy: Understand, communicate, and apply reward strategy. Employee Relations: Apply employee relations and employment practices in order to create a positive, ethical, effective work environment. Reporting and Analytics: Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports. Deep understanding of HR data, demographics and business KPIs. Manage Disciplinary, grievance and compliance processes and respective investigations. Qualifications: Our most successful candidates will have: 4+ years of experience in HR functional areas such as Talent Acquisition, GHRS, Training, etc. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, industrial engineering, law, or related fields. Resilient, authentic, consistent, reliable, supportive, and visible. Role models Sutherland’s values & behaviors. Comfortable working in a matrix structure; taking accountability and promoting common goals, able to deal with ambiguity. Strong business acumen and a willingness to continuously learn, keeping informed of industry trends and competitor analysis. Confident team player with the ability to work autonomously. Excellent communication, listening and influencing skills. Project Management and change management skills, demonstrates curiosity to get to the root cause of the problem, with ability to prioritize and deliver. Well versed in labor laws and regulatory requirements, ensures up to date knowledge. Talent management expertise, career & succession planning.
