HCLTech | Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Data Analytics - Subject Matter Expert Work Set-Up: Night or Graveyard Shift in McKinley Hill, Taguig Responsibilities Data Visualization: Create visual representations of data, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to understand trends, patterns, and insights using Excel. Predict future outcomes based on historical data, including benchmarking, trend indicators, and real‑time data forecasting. Real‑time Data Processing: Analyze data as it is generated to provide immediate insights and actions. Exploratory data analysis: Build and analyze on‑the‑fly reports to answer specific business questions. Provide expert‑level guidance and strategic insights in data analytics and data‑driven decision‑making. Lead analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Review and validate data outputs for accuracy and relevance. Prepare statistics, KPI and trend reports for use in the problem management process; identify problems and focus on optimizing processes. Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine operating processes and procedures to deliver and restore service more efficiently. Develop trend analysis and prepare service improvement plans to address identified gaps. Run effective meetings: create concise agendas, establish meeting purpose, facilitate conversation through questions and exhibit good listening skills. Read the room. Qualifications 5+ years working experience as a Data Analytics SME. Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, and Power BI reporting tools. Advanced Excel skills; experience with Word, PowerPoint, MS‑Visio, and Copilot. Strong analytical skills. Knowledge of KPI & CSL related to IT Helpdesk. Basic knowledge of IT architecture, including hardware, network, applications, and collaboration services. Proven track record of working collaboratively to improve the customer’s experience. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Able to translate complex issues in an understandable, organized way. Positive team‑player attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. High degree of organizational skills.
