Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple business units to generate actionable insights. Develop and manage AI-based data models to identify trends, root causes, and process improvements. Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership. Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (COE) to design scalable analytical solutions. Manage data access tools, dashboards, and monitor usage compliance. Lead a team of analysts and guide data-driven strategies for business growth. Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience in data analytics, modeling, or data science. Strong background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery. Proficient in SQL and/or Python for data manipulation and modeling. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and their business applications. 5+ years of leadership or managerial experience. Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and attention to detail. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Preferred Qualifications Background in Finance or Sales Analytics. Familiarity with Salesforce CRMA. Experience in project management or software engineering is a plus. If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
