Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Act as the subject matter expert for data extraction, data workflow optimization, and the strategic use of social and digital platforms. This includes deep proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, GA4, social listening platforms Brandwatch, Meltwater, etc. Demonstrate strong paid media expertise to support and collaborate on paid media strategies, including audience targeting, budget planning, and performance monitoring. Develop clear, insightful, and actionable marketing reports and audits tailored to internal stakeholders and new business development teams. Conduct ROI analyses to assess the performance and impact of marketing channels, ad formats, and campaigns, driving data‑informed decision‑making. Provide timely support and reporting during client crises or issues, delivering accurate insights under pressure. Analyze marketing data to identify trends, extract meaningful conclusions, and surface strategic insights that inform broader business and marketing strategies. Team Leader Lead the PH Analytics Team, providing strategic direction, oversight, and day‑to‑day management to ensure high performance and alignment with broader business goals. Provide training and mentorship to team members as needed, supporting their professional growth and technical development. Serve as the primary liaison between the U.S. and PH teams, ensuring communication, collaboration, and alignment on priorities and deliverables. Oversee the quality and accuracy of all reports and audits before delivery to internal stakeholders. Manage the delegation of tasks by thoughtfully evaluating team members' bandwidth to promote both efficiency and professional development. Conduct regular one‑on‑one check‑ins with team members to offer feedback, guidance, and support tailored to individual needs and goals. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team culture by building strong relationships, encouraging open communication, and promoting mutual respect across the team. Proactively engage with each team member to create a positive and cohesive working environment where individuals feel valued, heard, and empowered. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a similar role. 2+ years of experience in writing marketing data insights and creating reports. Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent. Intermediate to advanced understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) as well as other digital channels (website, email, organic search, digital advertising). Experience in building tables, visualizations, and dashboards with a BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is preferred. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills paired with great attention to detail. Eager to learn new tools and technologies. Strong curiosity for trendspotting across a variety of industries. Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines.
