Overview This position is responsible for providing data analysis and business support to the Executive Management, Account Management, Service Delivery and other cross functional teams Responsibilities Partner with internal client teams for reporting on key trends regarding revenue spend, program volume, speaker utilization, attendance, customer satisfaction etc. Conduct detail analysis of operational metrics and help measure team performance Take ownership of existing Excel models (Management Fee reports) and enhance/develop new models to accommodate evolving business needs Provide analytical support and strategic consulting to internal teams during crisis management, RFPs, contract negotiations and other strategic initiatives Assist in developing benchmark analysis and identifying key industry trends Responsible for generating routine and ad hoc reports for internal and external clients Aggregation and reporting of monthly business metrics to senior management Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Competency Requirements 2+ years experience mining data as Data Analyst Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Power BI etc) databases (SQL etc) with the ability to learn other analytic tools Significant experience in consolidating data from multiple systems Strong problem solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to evaluate, analyze and visualize large datasets Attention to detail and accuracy Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings Knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional activity is a plus Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Other Education, Skills, Experience Desired Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics) IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
