This role will lead digital transformation efforts across sales, marketing, trade, and promotions by driving project delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and commercial IT service excellence. Job Description Partner with commercial stakeholders to understand, challenge, and translate business needs into actionable IT projects. Drive end-to-end implementation of digital solutions across sales, marketing, trade, and promotion functions. Manage project risks, vendor relationships, and stakeholder alignment across business groups. Lead a team of three, focusing on engagement, performance, and development. Ensure commercial systems, especially Distributor Management Systems (DMS), are optimized for performance and compliance. Support cross-functional initiatives and act as the link between local operations and global IT. The Successful Applicant 8+ years of experience in IT business partnering, project management, or consulting in an agile environment. Proven hands-on experience with Distributor Management Systems (DMS) is a must. Familiarity with commercial technologies such as merchandising tools, trade promotions, or marketing platforms. Solid background in sales and marketing processes, preferably in the FMCG industry . Strong leadership skills, with experience managing people and driving change.
