Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Test Manager
with strong technical expertise in
Java
and
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5)
. The ideal candidate will have at least
8 years of managerial experience
leading QA teams, with proven success in test planning, execution, and delivery for enterprise-level web and application platforms. This role requires a hands-on leader who can bridge the gap between development and testing, ensuring quality across complex front-end and back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of testers, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Define, implement, and maintain test strategies, frameworks, and processes across projects.
  • Oversee test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management in alignment with project timelines.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and project managers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure quality and performance of solutions built on
    Adobe Experience Manager 6.5 (Sites, Assets, Templates, Experience Fragments, Workflows, Forms)
    .
  • Manage testing across
    front-end and back-end technologies
    , ensuring full coverage of functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Utilize test management tools such as
    Jira, Zephyr, and ALM
    for tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices to improve QA efficiency and automation.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of
    8 years of experience in a Test Manager or QA Manager role
    .
  • Proven experience with
    Adobe Experience Manager 6.5
    (Sites, Assets, Templates, Experience Fragments, Workflows, Forms).
  • Strong knowledge of
    front-end technologies
    : HTML/5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular).
  • Expertise in
    back-end technologies
    : SOAP/REST, Microservices, SQL.
  • Proficient in
    Java concepts and patterns
    : Java/J2EE, JSP, Sling, JMS, JUnit, Eclipse.
  • Hands-on experience in using
    Jira, Zephyr, ALM
    , and other test management tools.
  • Strong understanding of test automation and CI/CD practices (preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Work setup: Onsite (First 3 months onsite for evaluation, then will further discuss the Hybrid setting)
