Job Description In this position, you will serve as our HR/Admin Manager and play an integral role in our Business Strategy Team. You will oversee all aspects of Human Resources to ensure each function operates efficiently and effectively, while managing a workforce of over 300 employees in our Makati branch. Reporting directly to the President, you will lead a team of twelve in driving smooth company operations, fostering employee engagement, and nurturing a workplace culture that is both productive and fulfilling. Duties and Responsibilities Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals. Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent. Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Monitoring & supervising permits and licenses clearances from various government offices relative to company’s compliance. Business Permits PEZA Office Permits PEZA Farm‑In & Farm‑Out General Information Sheet (GIS) Oversee end‑to‑end processing for visa applications, including tourist visas, 9G working visas, and DOLE Alien Employment Permits for foreign nationals. Process the downgrading of tourist visas and assist in visa extensions as needed. Oversee new hire onboarding processes, conduct orientations, and manage employee master lists and databases. Implement employee development programs, performance management processes, and training initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to employees and managers. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Oversee day‑to‑day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and organization. Maintain health, safety, and emergency procedures in the workplace. Qualifications Computer literate (proficiency in MS software/Google Suites and Workspaces) Proficient in English language and has good communication skills (written and verbal) Can speak at least N3 level and above in Japanese language is a plus but not required. Multitasking and time‑management skills Proven 6‑10 years of experience in HR and administrative management, preferably in a BPO or service‑oriented environment. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices. Strong leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. Proficiency in HR management systems, office management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Can handle or at least have knowledge in processing of PEZA, Visa, DOLE and other government processes Recruitment Process The selection process will involve two interviews: first with our HR Supervisor and Executive Secretary, and, should you pass, you will be immediately endorsed for a final interview with our President and Admin/Accounting Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
