RESPONSIBILITIES
- Share product related information with customers on request.
Calendar Management
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.

Social Media Management
- Develop social media strategy, content and Calendar.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content on social media (original text, images, or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok -if available).
- Update WordPress website as needed.
Sales
- Utilize customer relationship management system to support the client recruitment process, from lead generation to closing.
- Assist in creating documents/e-products and books for online sales.
- Help develop sales funnels and implement generation strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.
- Working knowledge and experience with MS Office Applications and GSuite Applications are must-haves
- Working knowledge and experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Tik Tok (if available) are nice to have
- Someone with knowledge or background with social media would be very helpful
- Someone who has lead generation skills/background would be preferred

About the Role:
The Finance Manager cum Executive Assistant is a pivotal hybrid role, designed to provide both high-level support to the CEO and President and oversee the company's financial operations. This dual-function position requires a professional adept in managing executive schedules, communications, and strategic support tasks, while also possessing comprehensive knowledge in accounting practices to ensure the financial health and operational efficiency of the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
Administrative Functions:
- Manage and maintain CEOs\' schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications, maintaining professionalism, and keeping all managers accountable.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, preparing necessary materials and ensuring executives are well-prepared with briefings and documents.
- Provide strategic support through research, data analysis, and preparation of reports on key topics for executive decision-making.
Financial Operations:
- Lead the finance team in utilizing Xero software for invoicing, payroll processing, financial reporting, and taxation management.
- Oversee financial operations including bank reconciliations, expense management, and financial documentation organization.
- Develop and implement financial policies, models, and projections to guide the company's financial planning and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage taxation requirements, and supervise the financial aspects of projects and factory operations.
Timeline of Achievements:
- First 2 Weeks: Understand the company's current administrative and financial processes.
- First Month: Fully manage CEOs' schedules and establish a streamlined communication system.
- First 90 Days: Implement changes to optimize administrative support and financial processes.
- First 180 Days: Demonstrate improvements in time management and financial operation efficiencies.
- First Year: Support the CEOs in achieving key strategic objectives and lead the finance department.
