Junior Business Development Executive Location: PeoplesHR, Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines About Us PEOPLESHR is a leading HR Tech company focusing on APAC, Africa, and Middle East regions. The company’s headquarters is in Singapore, with R&D centers in Sri Lanka. It serves over 1,700 public and private sector organizations in 40+ countries and has over 1 million users. Job Summary The Junior Business Development Executive will be the point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate client needs, and work within the company to ensure requirements are met, helping clients succeed. The purpose of the role is to maximize key commercial KPIs within your assigned geographical region, identify and execute growth opportunities, and drive best‑in‑class activation. Key Responsibilities Acquire new accounts/clients. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Identify and acquire new customers, focusing on mid‑sized and large enterprises. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders. Develop proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the value of PeoplesHR. Nurture and manage existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to maximize account value. Work closely with marketing, pre‑sales, and product teams to align sales strategies with product. Provide feedback to the product team to help improve features and solutions based on customer needs. Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update the CRM system. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 1+ year of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or HR technology solutions. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the HR tech industry and market dynamics. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
