Overview

Wine Adore – Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing wine tech & retail platform – is hiring a Customer Service Team Leader (Fast-Track Program) .

This is an accelerated leadership track that puts you into a team leader role in just 2 months , with strong compensation and clear growth opportunities.

Cebu, Philippines | Full-Time | Office-Based (with rotational WFH shifts after training)

This role is designed to develop a future leader through a structured eight-week training program and a subsequent confirmed office-based Team Leader role in Cebu.

Phase and Training

Phase 1 (Weeks 1–2): Wine knowledge, company culture, systems onboarding

Phase 2 (Weeks 3–4): CRM tools, customer interaction, shadowing top performers

Phase 3 (Weeks 5–6): Leadership fundamentals, managing pipelines, escalations

Phase 4 (Weeks 7–8): Leading teams, running full sales cycles, KPI reporting

After training: You’ll step into a confirmed office-based Team Leader role in Cebu , with a clear path to management.

Benefits
  • Performance Bonus: Equivalent to PHP 20,000/month (paid annually)
  • Total Take-Home Potential: PHP 50,000–60,000/month

Training (Weeks 5–8) includes rotational shifts with weekend coverage; after training, standard office-based hours with rotational weekends as applicable.
