Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Retail Account (Voice) operations in Cebu Business Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
  • Monitor and manage team performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, Quality, etc.).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
  • Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with management and support teams to improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or College Graduate
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in any Line of Business (preferably Retail domain)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willing to work onsite at Cebu Business Park
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
