Overview

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: PHP 30,000 / month
  • Performance Bonus: PHP 20,000 / month (paid annually)
  • Total Take-Home Potential: PHP 50,000–60,000 / month
  • Health Insurance: Locally recognized (activated after entity transfer)
  • Probation: 3 months with full salary and review at completion
Fast-Track Training & Career Path
  • 2-Month Fast-Track Training (Cebu Office-Based)
  • Phase 1 (Weeks 1–2): Wine knowledge, company culture, systems onboarding
  • Phase 2 (Weeks 3–4): CRM tools, customer interaction, shadowing top performers
  • Phase 3 (Weeks 5–6): Leadership fundamentals, managing pipelines, escalations
  • Phase 4 (Weeks 7–8): Leading teams, running full sales cycles, KPI reporting
  • After training: Step into a confirmed office-based Team Leader role in Cebu, with a clear path to management
Work Schedule
  • Training (Weeks 1–4): Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM (Office-Based)
  • Training (Weeks 5–8): Rotational shifts with weekend coverage (office-based weekdays; WFH for weekends unless performance requires office presence)
  • Post-Training: Office-based weekdays, 9 AM – 6 PM; rotational weekends, 2 PM – 11 PM (WFH unless office presence required)

  • Use Hubstaff or similar tracking software (mandatory)
  • Keep personal phones stored during working hours
