Job Description

URGENT HIRING FOR ALABANG AND IMUS CAVITE SITE. We are looking for a Call Center Agent. Qualifications: At least a high school diploma to college graduate; with 6 months BPO experience; dayshift; on-site work required. Salary information: Php 23,000.00 – Php 27,000.00 per month. Benefits include government benefits and HMO, with tips provided for the interview.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist customers as a Call Center Agent.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for a 1-day processing account.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Qualifications
  • At least high school or college graduate.
  • 6 months of BPO experience.
  • Willing to work on-site; dayshift availability.
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: Php23,000.00 – Php27,000.00 per month.

  • Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, bonus pay, commission pay, overtime pay, performance bonus, tips, yearly bonus.
