This position is responsible for administering all aspects of the claims process, including interfacing with customers (internal and external), claims entry, and expediting resolution of debits/credits. It also involves developing and maintaining positive customer relations and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and appropriate handling of customer requests.

Responsibilities:
  • Interface with internal and external customers, coordinating with various Schneider Electric functions such as manufacturing, sales, finance, distribution, and field service.
  • Manage claims as the initial contact for credit requests and claims, evaluating validity and causes, and processing returns/credits accordingly.
  • Analyze causes of claims to improve claims resolution and customer service efficiency.
  • Handle customer complaints, claims, chargebacks, credits, and inquiries promptly and accurately, including status, production, delivery, and billing issues.
  • Respond to complex inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding credits, debits, orders, and delivery/return schedules.
  • Evaluate solutions and take appropriate actions to meet customer needs while protecting company assets.
  • Provide backup support for the US and Canada Commercial and Retail Teams, ensuring high-level service.
  • Utilize and maintain information systems such as SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, and others.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
  • Problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer relations experience preferred
  • Ability to work proactively and in a team
  • Willing to work night shifts and in Rosario, Cavite
