About the role The Shopify Developer and E‑Commerce Specialist is primarily responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s Shopify‑based online stores. This role ensures that all digital storefronts are technically sound, user‑friendly, aligned with brand standards, and fully integrated with internal systems and third‑party tools. The specialist also supports the execution of marketing campaigns, ensures seamless customer journeys, and helps enable omnichannel retail services. What you’ll be doing Work closely with designers to ensure visually appealing and user‑friendly storefronts. Maintain consistent branding across the store and related digital assets. Improve UI/UX for smooth navigation and checkout flow. Develop and customize Shopify stores to meet client requirements and enhance the user experience. Integrate Shopify with third‑party applications and services to streamline e‑commerce operations. Implement advanced Shopify features, such as custom themes, apps, and API integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Shopify stores and e‑commerce applications. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement effective e‑commerce strategies. Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients as needed. Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Shopify developments and best practices. What we’re looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in Shopify development and e‑commerce solutions. Proficient in Liquid, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, and jQuery. Hands‑on experience with Shopify theme development, app development, and API integration. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication skills to effectively translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
