Job Description

This is a pioneering marketing role where you are responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of FMCG brands, ensuring their growth and success in the Philippine market.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for multiple FMCG brands under distribution.
  • Lead brand planning, positioning, and consumer engagement strategies across channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and external partners to align plans and drive business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to guide data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure ROI-focused execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Highly analytical with strong business acumen.
  • Collaborative, agile, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Can work independently. This role will report directly to the COO and is an individual contributor.
