In this role, you’ll get to
- Manage campaign pages and module setups as your core operational responsibility
- Regularly refresh creative assets including banners, modules, promo codes, and marketing designs for social media channels
- Suggest and create localized, relevant, and timely content to engage target audiences
- Monitor ad delivery across campaigns, proactively troubleshooting issues before, during, and after execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, designers, and HQ stakeholders to align on campaign goals
- Support cross-market operational duties as needed
- Analyze, track, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and resource allocation
- Operate CRM platforms and maintain social media channels to drive engagement and conversions
- Write, support, and publish SEO-friendly content to amplify campaign reach
- Share regional market intelligence with the reporting office in Thailand to shape global marketing and product decisions
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with regional airlines, hotels, influencers, and other business partners for co-marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with Trip.com’s global offices to roll out collaborative marketing and merchandising campaigns
- Support corporate business development efforts, working closely with legal, HR, and administrative teams at HQ
What you’ll Need to Succeed
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes
- 3+ years of work experience, including 1–2 years in the travel industry within the local market; managerial experience is a plus
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and apply global OTA strategies
- Familiarity with travel products and a strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences in the target market
