Job DescriptionURGENT #HIRING for IT Service Desk and Technical Support Representatives. We are looking for a personable, experienced Customer Service and Technical Support Rep. professional to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by our company and clients. You will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion.

- HMO up to Php 400,000 Medical HMO Insurance effective on Day 1 (Can go up to Php 2,000,000 including 3 dependents)
- Php 10,000 Worth of Medicine Reimbursement on top of the HMO (Can go as high as Php 40,000 including 3 dependents)
- Provide expert advice and information to potential customers regarding products and services.
- Support customer inquiries with accurate information and a consultative approach.
- Contribute to profitability and sales revenue through excellent service and client conversion.
- Must have 24 months (2 years and up) of Technical Service Experience or ITSD Experience
- College Graduate for any computer-related course (for TSR only)
- Amenable to WORK ONSITE
Up to Php 35,000 - Php 40,000 per month, depends on your technical experience.
