About the role
BGL is in search of a dedicated and client-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic Support Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality assistance across BGL's suite of products, ensuring every client interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

About you
- A degree (or working toward) in Accounting is preferred.
- Experience using BGL products is a big plus.
- Top-notch communication and customer service skills.
- Stellar time management—you juggle priorities like a pro.
- A knack for problem-solving and confident decision-making.
What you'll be doing
- Support clients via email and live chat with professionalism, even during busy times, and keep them updated as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, using internal guides and data, while helping clients understand how to avoid similar problems in the future.
- Document support interactions clearly, escalate when needed, and follow BGL's values and security policies
