Position: AU Customer Support Specialist

Location: Central Luzon

Your Role

As an AU Customer Support Specialist, you are responsible for:

  • Answer inbound calls and chats courteously and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Provide real-time support and clear communication to resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Review and interpret client or end-user requests, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions using problem-solving skills and available resources.
  • Gain strong knowledge of user accounts and access processes to ensure accurate and complete issue resolution.
  • Draft concise, comprehensive responses to support tickets.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate when necessary, following established procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with company processes and promote adherence within the team.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks, keeping personal timesheets and calendars accurate and up to date.
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant experience in customer or technical support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience handling inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email support.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and processes.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and performing well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Honest, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Basic data entry skills are an advantage.
