Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Account Manager located in Makati. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, developing long‑term relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Duties include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, presenting solutions tailored to client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless services. The role requires frequent client interactions, thorough understanding of the client’s business, and the ability to address and resolve client issues promptly.
